ESOF is the largest interdisciplinary science meeting in Europe. The 8th edition of ESOF will take place in Toulouse, France, from 9 till 14 July 2018. The call for proposal of sessions for ESOF 2018 will be open from January to June 2017 and will be available at www.esof.eu. ESOF is largely open to international participation.
The second Science Forum South Africa will be held on 8-9 December 2016, at the CSIR International Convention Centre in Pretoria. It will again serve as a large, open, public platform for debating the science and society interface. This forum is inspired from ESOF, as well as the AAAS and Science Agora events.
